Ryan Berley is co-owner of the Franklin Fountain and Shane’s Candies, and one of his passions is collecting old cookie molds – and many of the items in his collection are either from Germany, or made in Northern Liberties for Philadelphia’s German immigrants. Ryan will share the stories behind those molds, and we’ll have examples of cookies baked using them for you to sample. We’ll also have cookbooks from the German Society’s collection on display.
