Staff at this 100-foot tall Greek revival landmark will be offering complimentary tours showcasing the uniquely well-preserved collection of objects and documents from Stephen Girard, one of the richest Americans of all time, and the unprecedented school he endowed for disadvantaged youth. Explore treasures ranging from a letter from President Monroe asking for a loan to records of school dining hall cuisine. Tours of the collections, located on the 2nd floor, will be offered every 45 minutes. Please note that stairs are unavoidable in Founder’s Hall.
